Exchanges and Returns

 

Return process
1.Please contact us on our website specifying the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
2.After receiving the return instructions from us, please pack the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return Policy

1.You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you want to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

2.Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.We only accept returns that are shipped and sold by zzfaber.com.

4.We do not accept returns that have been returned without a proper return application.

5.We do not offer a Freight To Collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us. The return is at your own expense.

6.Please make sure you double check your returns before sending them out. We are not responsible for returning non-Zzfaber products. Note: The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.

 

RETURNS REASONS  SOLUTION
Arrived late We promise delivery within 30 days or refund you €5.
Defective/Manufacturing Defects/Quality Issues Resend a new pair.
Doesn't fit me (wrong size ordered) Refundable, .30-days free return,No return shipping fee,No restocking fee!
Changed opinion (item no longer wanted) Refundable, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
Wrong item received (wrong/missing item from the package) Refundable, we are responsible for the return shipping fee.
Parcel damaged on arrival Resend a new pair.
Other (Please specify in additional notes) Please contact us, we will try our best to help you.
