Please see the size chart. We are true to size and it is base on the centimeter.
How do I care for my shoes?
- Hand wash whenever possible;
- Do not use bleach;
- Try not to use direct heat, it may cause faster wear;
- Lay flat or hang to dry.
How can I place my order on your website?
You can view the catalog on our website. If you find something you would like to purchase, please add it to your shopping cart and then proceed to order and checkout.
How can I change or cancel my order?
We can help you change or cancel your order BEFORE it is shipped. Once your package has been dispatched, we cannot change anything.

processing times?
Orders are processed subject to item availability and payment approval. During busy periods, product availability may change while your order is being processed.
Most orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Certain products may have longer processing times.

How can I track my order?

Why was my order cancelled?
If your order has been canceled, please contact your financial institution to verify your payment method.However, it is also possible that the shoes you have purchased are temporarily out of stock and we will refund you directly.

My package has disappeared. Can you help?
We are sorry that your item is missing. Please make sure it is on your order confirmation and check your email (including junk/spam email) to see if you have received an email that your order came in more than one package could arrive. If you cannot find them and the expected delivery date has already passed, please contact our contact section and we will solve the problem for you.
My package shows as delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?
First, check the area where the deliverer left the package. Also ask the neighbors if the package was left at the wrong door. Pay attention too ss the courier tried to deliver the package but no one was home. If you still don't see anything, wait until the end of the next day because some couriers' electronic systems can show the package as delivered even if it's still on the way. Still no luck? Call the courier with the tracking number for more information.If the transport company cannot offer a solution, please contact our customer service team by email.
SHIPPING Shipping times?
Standard delivery: 10-20 business days;
Shipping time depends on local warehouse stock.
Please note that shipping times do not include the standard 1-2 business day processing time it takes for the order to ship.
Changing the delivery address Normally, the delivery address cannot be changed. Before it is shipped, you can email us to change your address.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Return Policy
you can return any unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days for an exchange or a prompt refund.Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please enclose the original packing slip with your return.We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
We cannot accept offline returns. Please contact our customer care team via email first (email:shena0630@gmail.com) .Please do not go directly to the warehouse.Please refer to the email you received after submitting the return request for instructions on how to ship the returned products.
Can I return my product?

Can I exchange my product for a new size?

How can I return or exchange a product?
To request an exchange/return, please email our customer service team at (email:shena0630@gmail.com) . Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will receive your request and respond with solutions and return instructions within 1-2 business days.
What to do if my product is faulty?
We apologize that you received a damaged item. Goods will be classed as faulty if they arrive damaged or if a manufacturing defect occurs within 15 days of receipt of order.
Please email a photo of the damaged product to our customer service team at with your details and we will be happy to help you resolve the issue.
Please note that items damaged after 15 days from the date the order was placed will no longer be considered faulty, but as a result of normal wear and tear. Items damaged more than 15 days in the past cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds You will be notified by email as soon as your order is refunded.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method.
Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 3-10 business days to appear in your bank account due to differences in processing times among financial institutions.
Where's my refund?
Once your return package is on its way back to our warehouse, the return process has started. Please let us know the return information. After receipt and inspection of the return we will notify you whether your return has been accepted or refused. This process can take up to 2-5 business days from the date your return tracking shows "delivered". Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to go back to your original form of payment.
Can the shipping fees be refunded?
Shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded.

It's easy! Simply enter your promotional code in the discount field during the checkout process, select "Apply" and the discount will be applied to your order.
Can I use multiple discount codes at once?
Sorry, but no. You can only use ONE discount code per order.
My voucher code doesn't work, why?
